October 28, 2003 IMPORTANT PRODUCT RECALL - PRT5, Pin Release Tool Paddles Hydra-Tech International Corp. has always strived to manufacture and sell the highest quality, best value product to its customers. In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and to ensure the highest level of safety in our products, Hydra-Tech is issuing a product recall of our PRT 5 Pin Release Tool Paddles. If you are an owner/user of the Hydra-Tech PRT 5 Pin Release Tool and haven't already contacted us for new paddles, then you need to do so to facilitate the replacement of the paddles. September 1, 2003 Hydra-Tech International is pleased to introduce a new wheeled jack, the "Black Jack". Built with all of the standard Hydra-Tech features, the new 60 ton capacity Black Jack is designed for use in railway, construction or mining applications where the modular concept of the Mod-U-Lift jack is not required. Although the jack will initially be available with electric over hydraulic motors, watch for an air over hydraulic model soon. Wanda brings with her over 12 years of sales and marketing experience most recently in the high tech industry. June, 2001 June 2001, Calgary AB – Hydra-Tech International introduces it’s latest tool addition to the Hydra-Tech portfolio, the PCA-90 Pump Cart. The PCA-90 Pump Cart is an air over Hydraulic 10,000 PSI pump system with a 20 gallon reservoir. The cart platform rolls on 4 x 6” pneumatic tires. The quiet operation of this pump will be apparent immediately. The cart includes storage space for Load Holding Rings and Extensions. Hooks are provided to hang the hoses on when not in use. The distribution system includes a manifold which allows the operator to power up one or two jacks for a single lift. All Hydra-Tech 10,000 PSI Lift Modules (Rams) will work with the PCA-90 Pump (including 40, 60, 100, 120 & 175 ton Life Modules). August 14, 2000 Introduction of the RR7029LP jack stand. The RR7029LP jack stand is specifically designed to roll on rail and to support the car by the center sill. With its 70 tons capacity, this stand is stong enough to support most rail cars. The stand can be disassembled for easy storage in a road truck and is made of lightweight, high strength aluminum. The RST2500C table, specifically designed to operate on rail, can be moved around the shop using a forklift. The MPT2500C is a shop floor designed scissor table with 10" wheels for low rolling resistance. An optional traversing table with 4" of movement can be fixed to either table. The lifting head is standard at 31" with and adapter available to raise that to 37". Lightweight Aluminum Construction allows these stands to be positioned with ease. October 22, 1999 Introducing Hydra-Tech's Safe-T-Level load monitoring system. This unit attaches, either by resting on a ledge or using the attached magnets, to the end of a car prior to being jacked. Once the car is lifted, the unit is armed and will warn personnel of any load tilt or settling. If the load tilts more than 0.3° and alarm sounds to indicate the changing conditions.
